Welcome to RunwayTO Academy, Toronto’s premier modeling experience designed to elevate aspiring and emerging talent.

This immersive session is crafted to refine your runway walk, enhance your posing techniques, and build the confidence needed to stand out in today’s fashion landscape. Guided by experienced industry professionals, you’ll gain practical insight into what it takes to present yourself with intention—whether on the runway, in front of the camera, or at castings.

Through hands-on training, live demonstrations, and personalized feedback, this experience is designed to support your growth while introducing you to the discipline and energy of a real runway environment.

What You’ll Experience:

Model Casting & Beauty Essentials

Develop a clean, polished approach to castings while understanding how to transition seamlessly between runway and commercial styling. Through live demonstrations, gain insight into professional techniques and product application suited for industry settings.

Modeling & Posing

Build a strong foundation in modeling techniques while refining your ability to pose with intention and control. Enhance your body language, strengthen your presence, and develop the confidence required to perform in front of the camera.

On-Camera Practice

Step into a guided mini photoshoot session designed to help you explore movement, expression, and positioning. Receive direction and feedback to refine your performance and elevate your on-camera presence.

Mastering Your Runway

Perfect your runway walk, transitions, and turns while developing a confident and consistent stage presence. Benefit from individual feedback in a setting designed to reflect real runway conditions.

RUNWAY COACH

Our runway coach Solomiya Skoryk, a highly experienced Ukrainian Canadian model and actress. With over a decade of expertise in the industry, Solomiya has dedicated her career to coaching runway techniques to individuals of all ages. Her remarkable portfolio boasts an array of runway shows and campaigns for esteemed Canadian and American designers, featured in prestigious events such as New York Fashion Week.

​Solomiya’s talents go beyond the runway. Recognizing the importance of mentorship and sharing knowledge, she has devoted herself to coaching individuals of all ages, empowering aspiring and experienced models to discover their potential and develop their unique style.

MODEL COACH

Model coach Judith Parrish has been a modeling for more than a decade, and in that time, she has accomplished a lot. She’s worked with famous fashion designers, well-known brands, and talented photographers, both in her local area and around the world. It’s as if she’s taken an amazing journey through the thrilling world of modeling and has achieved great success along the way.

In addition to her illustrious modeling career, Judith has also been a dedicated model coach for over five years. Her experience in guiding aspiring and experienced models further enriches her ability to nurture and shape talent in the fashion industry.

Refund Policy

Our workshops don’t offer refunds, but if you can’t make it to this one, you can come to one of our future workshops instead.

Is it possible to change the date of my workshop attendance?

Because seats are limited, we encourage you to make every effort to attend on the scheduled date. However, if you must reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours before the workshop. If you provide less than 72 hours notice, we cannot accommodate rescheduling, and refunds will not be available

What is the duration of the workshop?

Our workshop lasts for 6.5 hours. It includes a 6-hour session and a 30-minute break.

Do I need prior modelling experience to attend the workshop?

Not at all! The workshop is open to people of all experience levels. Whether you’re an experienced model or someone aiming to increase your self-confidence, you’re welcome to attend.

Is there a specific age restriction for workshop participation?

Yes, the workshop is designed for individuals who are 16 years of age or older.

Am I allowed to have a friend or family member accompany me as an observer?

No, it is not permissible to bring a friend or family member to observe the workshop. Those who are not directly involved in the training would be asked to leave the premises as we have limited space.

What is the recommended attire for the workshop?

Please choose clothing that is straightforward, practical, and fits well. We recommend wearing black jeans and a t-shirt. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes for easy movement, and don’t forget to bring your preferred heels for practicing runway techniques.

Will certificates be provided to participants?

At the end of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Will there be breaks during the workshop?

Yes, there will be a 30-minute break during the workshop
