JENNIFER LAMONT
Jennifer Lamont is a Canadian fashion designer whose work moves between precision tailoring and conceptual depth. With over two decades in the industry, she has cultivated a design language defined by structure, restraint, and narrative intention, where each collection is developed as a complete, immersive body of work.
Educated at the Wilson School of Design at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and later earning a Master of Design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Lamont brings both technical and conceptual sophistication to her practice. Her process is research-driven, with silhouette, textile, and construction emerging from a carefully articulated theme.
A citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario, Lamont’s perspective is inspired by heritage while firmly positioned within contemporary fashion discourse. Her work resists trend cycles, favouring longevity, cohesion, and intellectual clarity. Collections unfold with deliberate pacing, each piece contributing to a larger visual and cultural conversation.
Jennifer Lamont’s practice stands at the intersection of craftsmanship and concept, offering fashion that is not only worn, but experienced through storytelling.
